Hughes Internet Home Minimum Service Pack Compared to Dialup

Does the Hughes home package which states it’s 20 times faster then 56K Dialup, make a worth while investment? I have never used anything but dialup so, I’m lost when it involves any other type of service. I think their cheapest home version is $69.99 per month for leasing. Thanks for any advice! [...]
