I built my computer a couple months ago and it would shut down on it’s own at first every now and then but it stopped for a while. It began to shut down again while I would be playing a game and sometimes during booting up. I bought a new PSU and it ran fine for a while but began to do the same. Now it has gotten to the point where it gets to the boot screen and shuts down after that.

I have booted up the PC with the case open and all the fans work properly. I have two memory stick and I have booted up with only one in at a time for each and the problem is still there.

Also, I thought the CPU might be getting too hot initially so I bought a new fan and it didn’t help. When the problems arose with the new PSU, I switched out the new fan with the fan the processor came with and it ran okay for a couple days.
