Blue Screen of Death Problem – Safe Mode Not Working
My system is a Dell Dimensions 2400. I have recieved a blue screen, and the alternative methods(i.e. Safe Mode) of starting the PC, yeild the exact same result.
The technical information on the screen is;

Why Is My User Folder Read Only?
Specs: Vista, Admin user
Ok so the problem started out with not being able to save a MS Word File anywhere but the Documents folder (C:\Users\USERNAME\Documents)
So then i move the file to the place i want to save it (C:\Users\USERNAME\Schoool\History\CE) but it tells me that I have to have ADMIN privileges, which i have, so i [...] -
