HP Pavilion 6700 Webcam Problem with Vista OS

i have an hp pavilion 6700 with vista os
there is a webcam prebuilt not working,
device manager shows it with yellow mark,and says the driver is not installed
i tried to install the driver and i got :windows encounter a problem installing the driver
anyone has idea about this problem?
