Will AM2+ Phenom work on this motherboard ?

Sony dvd r/w drive Won’t play Dvd’s movies
My Sony DVD RW dw-q30a won’t play DVD’s and I can’t seem to play movies in most formats either. Can anyone tell me if it is a driver or software that I need? CHEERS

I have a Toshiba Satelite A135 laptop which is repeating the same thing over and over. One moment I was online with my laptop working fine and then suddenly the screen blacked out and it turned off by itself.
