Im about to buy a new laptop and i think i have narrowed it down to 2, any help much appreciated.

what ill be using it for:
Downloading watching and listening to music and films
other general day to day stuff – internet, storing photos etc
i do not need it for gaming or anything specific like that.

Budget: 400-500 pounds

it will mostly be used at home but will be transported around from time to time.

My thoughts: the packard bell is sleeker, nicer looking and more portable but 100 pounds more.

The Hp is bigger and not as nice to look at but the specs are basically the same for 100 pounds less.
