I did a search for this but didn’t find anything that helped me so sorry if this is a repeat question.
I’m using Windows XP and I’ve got some fairly old images on a DVD+RW that I can’t seem to open. I’ve tried opening them straight from the disc and after copying them into a folder [...] -

I have tried the cd\ command. But doesn’t work
Am I putting in the wrong disc? ( Emachines, Windows XP Media Center Version 2005. Operating System Disc )
And I tried the recovery discs [...] -

Im looking to buy a new pc, a dell, what would be a good choice as basically all i am going to be doing is watching 720p and 1080p (what size monitor do i need for best results) well i can easily settle with 720p but you know it would be nice for a bit [...] -
