Hi, I would like to make a movie on Windows Movie Maker, but there is an ‘unspecified error’

So, i thought i could uninstall it, and install a new one available for Windows Vista. But, it won’t let me uninstall it, and i can’t find it on ‘Uninstall Programs and Features’…

So, any advice would be appreciated.
