Dell Dimension C521 computer with an Ethernet Wireless Adapter won’t let me connect to our new ISP.

Hi there, my first post.
I am looking for info on the DPP-FP30 printer. I have just been given a almost unused printer but I am having trouble getting it to print.
As far as I can see the paper tray is not inserting properly.

I have an old HP 1.6 CPU 2 g ram but it is still slow. i download HJT can you guys see something that would slow the computer in this :
