hi, i have a netgear router and have installed on my laptop and found a connection with between router and laptop.
isp confirmed everything working fine.
bt telephone confirmed everything working ok.

when i run the cd to install, i follow all steps with connecting wires and filters etc and when it comes to connecting to internet (it will not let me get far enough to input password details) it fails.
dsl light is flashing .,wireless light solid ( i am using ethernet for initial connection) power light on and port light on.

can anyone help please.
by the way i have moved house, router was working fine in old house but can’t get it up in new house, again checked with service providers.
