My PC is being abnormally slow starting up. I have done the usual maintenance tasks like clean up, reg clean, uninstall old stuff and what not. During defragmentation I noticed that ont he first run my PC had defragged about 70-75% of the fragmented files but no matter how many times I run the process again it just doesnt do anything, the current and estimated disk states look identical. Any ideas what I could do to make it work properly?

P.S while uninstalling old programs, my drag bar for the programs list is tiny, there is a massive space between the the last 3 programs on the list and the rest of them. Any ideas?
