I installed VMware server on my machine but this disabled all user account except1-is this normal?

So I uninstalled this and call account became functional again great until I restarted and got this message-

"The Login user Interface DLL VMGINA.DLL failed to load. Contact your system administrator to replace the DLL or restore the original DLL"

Will I have to do a full reinstall or have I any other options
