hi,
my son brought me his pc to see if i could fix it,
he dosn’t know the model or anything,he dosn’t have the paperwork,its a packard bell,about 2 yrs old.my other son tryed to get rid of the password screen and altered somthing then it wouldn’t let us on it,i looked on pb site and i managed to reload it useing F11,it was great worked perfectly.
then i rebooted and that was it the lights were on but it wouldnt boot up to windows,the drives are still there i can see them when i put another hd in to try it but even with the new drive in i can’t get windows up,
is there any other way of booting up windows, i will be eternaly grateful for any help.
