New RAM advice please

I have inherited a partially restored Dell Optiplex GX2 and am now trying to get it to speed up a bit. Its running XP Pro but only has 128MB of ram and 114 of it being used so it’s obviously slow.

I have Everest so can give any information needed but I’m not sure where to start to identify what kind of memory is installed now. And more important what to buy to replace it. I know I need a 1GB stick but I also know it’s not as simple as just plugging anything into it.
