I have a simple photo gallery movie clip that works on its own. When I load it into the main movie it doesn’t work.

New RAM advice please
I have inherited a partially restored Dell Optiplex GX2 and am now trying to get it to speed up a bit. Its running XP Pro but only has 128MB of ram and 114 of it being used so it’s obviously slow.

loading shutdown menu
when i click logoff/shutdown from sart, a timer glass comes up and it takes 1-3 minutes to display the blue box (turn off menu).
my computer isn’t slow.
what is causing this?
