dvd drive won’t find cds . . . ?? any ideas…
Sorry not sure if this is in the right area but here goes.
My toshiba laptop has a Pioneer DVD-RW DVR K17A ATA drive which is not finding and CD’s, it doesn’t even recognise that there is a disk in the drive just ejects and asks for a disk to be inserted.
However it will read dvd’s.
I have no idea where to begin with this and any advice would be greatly received??
