hi im new to this so forgive me if i dont provide all the necessary information, i probably just dont know what to provide, but my desktop is running windows xp professional,and i have nortons anti-virus corporate edition, and my computer has gone bonkers, i get a pop up system antivirus xp2008 doing some scan and its showing me over 2400 infections….trying to run the norton to remove infections but its unresponsive…..am i better off just wiping out the computer and starting from scratch?
