Ive posted a graphics card problem on another forum category here, but I haven’t given it a try in the Windows one. What my problem is basically my computer would crash, and then when the computer would restart, there would be green blocks in the BIOS and then when windows vista would start to load there would be green wavy lines going down the whole screen. There would be also white dotted lines going down the screen too.

When this was present at startup, windows will not load to desktop, and I’d have to use my computer in safe mode with networking, as I am right now actually. This problem would go away randomly, without me altering any settings or files on the computer.

Can anyone explain all of these green blocks, wavy lines, and dotted lines at startup? Is it a windows problem at all?
