I have zonealarm basic firewall, malwarebytes anti-malware, Spybot search and destroy, avast home edition, firefox.

I think they are good,, but they don’t seem to be holding up too well.. Soetimes they will just shutdown without me telling them. Then, I turn them back on and thye start blasting me with alerts and things. Overall, I don’t think that they are helping my computer at all because it is slowing down. I can hardly even open anything without it freezing . I also have to press the shutdown button 3-4 times until it actually shuts down. WHat is my problem here?:mad: Thanks.
