I am looking for other software for webcams that will take pictures when it detects motion. I currently use yawcam but I wonder if there is others that are better. like emailing and and other goodies.

Hi guys,
According to this website, http://www.tweakxp.com/performance_tweaks.aspx
the Iconcache.db can be deleted to save space and increase performance by a little and it will be recreated upon restart.
However, i have resetted my laptop several times and it has not been created.I did a search and it is still not there. Will this slow down my computer? What [...] -
