Anyone know how to KOTOR 2 to work in Vista?

I tried to get Knights of the Old Republic, The Sith Lords to run on my Vista system with no luck last night. Anyone got any ideas?

EDIT: I tried the Compatability mode with no love already so that doesn’t seem to work, i thought thta was supposed to work with evertyhing lol.
